which years aren't OBDII?
93 shouldn't be and 96-97 definately are. what about 94 & 95? i'm looking at getting a gs300 but i WILL NOT own an OBDII vehicle.

1994 is the first year Toyota/Lexus implemented OBDII equipment on their cars before it was mandated by the government. The ES300 and Camry were the first with the 1MZ-FE V6. I believe 95 is the first year it started for the GS. Don't quote me on that.
