My intercooler isn't mounted yet. but it's going behind the crash bar.

get an electronic boost controller. you can do 10psi I think on stock motor, need a boost cut controller for more.
Safc is a good setup. I'm going to eventually be doing a writeup on a full Aristo fuel system setup for 550+ rwhp cheap and easy.

If we were able to help just one person it was worth the effort. There was a whole lot of input from a whole lot of people so really the community is responsible. Thanks tho.

Default Helppppp.!!!

Hello i purchased a 93 lexus gs300 and it runs really strong/smooth.... I was told from previous owner that the engine had been swapped prior to my purchase and it currently has 80k miles on engine... How would i confirm that engine indeed has been swapped/replaced?

you can't. But if it runs smooth don't worry about it. The stock engines last for quite some time.

yes ive hurd they do last, thanx...the odometer reads 220k. but i was told engine has been swapped and currently has bout 80k... so theres no way of knowing at all of an engine swap. thank u.

Also what throttle body is need to run the j3 trans on the ge motor?

What did you guys do about the ABS brake unit?

Im almost done with my swap, but the ABS brake unit is hitting on the stock twins.

Does everyone go Single turbo or remove the ABS?(Im assuming)

Id want to keep the ABS. Is there any shops in SoCal, that can do this service, at a reasonable price?

No ABS stays. You shouldn't be hitting it. For a single I just had the pipes go up and over it.

I went to the local auto parts store, and bought (x5) 6" sections of brake lines. And relocated it about 6" forward and along the front of the passenger fender in the well that the factory air box left. Took about an hour or two, and never looked back 8-).

94 GS3 with aristo swap and usdm waterpump and fan with TT aluminum radiator, what shroud do i used for the radiator ?

You should use the same GS300 shroud.

the GS300 fan shroud won't work in the 2JZ-GTE swap. The water neck doesn't like up with the Supra TT rad. I just used electric fans, and since the GS300 is wired everywhere for electric fans, it's a piece of cake to wire them in, they already have three locations to mount them, in with relays already there, etc. And my car never overheats in the hottest North Carolina heat, and I have to turn the fans OFF in the winter, as it never comes up to operating temp.

Plus it has a nice clean engine bay.

I use a 10inch fan and a 12" fan (10 on driver's side, 12 on passenger side)
so it would clear my intercooler piping. (It' MIGHT have been an 8" on the driver's side)

I thought the GS uses the fan clutch atleast that's what i had on my 95GS300

The water neck doesn't line up??? can u please explain? the radiator inlet is always on the driver side on all the JZ cars, even on the supra.
