if the HID flickers it could be either a bad bulb or bad ballast; most commonly a bad bulb.

Fogs & Turn signal

This might have been answered but:

Has anyone figured out how to make the fogs blink with the turn signals, but stay on with the parking lights. I saw some guy with a 330ci and i turned around and chased him down, he wasnt having it so i couldnt ask him XD.

Anyone got info?
