Why not get the model number of the certain suspension you are talking about, and typing it into google. You will defintly get some answers like that. I dont know if the suspension will work, because I'm pretty sure the MKIV stuff doesnt work on our cars. Not sure about the MVIII, never looked into it.

I just looked at the listing for Tein CS coilovers and it appears that the same part number is used between the MKIV Supra and 1st Gen GS300. I got the link to the Tein suspension line up from this forum in this thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-1st-gen-1993-1997/56626-tein-coilover.html
Wanted to see if anyone could double check me on what I was seeing and if it helps any of us then all the better....

true, but the MKIV Supra only weighs a few hundred pounds more than the 1st gen GS300 so they shouldn't be that off....
*edit* After I posted that I came to the realization that if they are the same part number within Tein's catalog then I can't see why there would be a difference in spring rate. If there was a difference in spring rate then it would make sense that they would have made note of that by changing the part number.

No big deal though if your not auto-xing or setting the car up for racing.
The numbers I quoted are for the Tein Flex's

I have the 2nd gen gs3 flex's on my 1st gen gs3. The fronts were the same but the rears had to be modified and later I found out the lower arms are the same on the supra and GS as well as the upper pillow mounts. So thats how i know the MKIV supra rears will fit.
Alot of the parts are shared among the toyota lineup.

Now I have the supra TEIN CS shocks for sell. JZA80-DST60-R1SS3. Whoever want them, email me. It will fit both Supra and Soarer. JZA80 and JZZ30 for sure.

It is definitely not safe to run a car like this as the tires will wear out in a month or two. It is not doubt that these shocks are quite smooth and confortable. However, I have no choice but get a set of new TEIN SS for my JZS147.
