Why do some 93-97 white gs's have a more prominent contrast to the grey and white?
i am curious.
this is what i have seen.
some white gs's almost appear to be fully grey untill u get up on them and realize they are white/grey (top/bottom)- while others are very noticably white/grey contrast.
why is this?
is there more than 1 basic white/grey color combination - such as pearl white/light grey, snow/dark grey (etc)?
i have wondered this for some years - if anybody knows the answer it would be you guys.
thanks in advance.

You are correct, there are 2 types. I like the one with the lighter grey/silver at the bottom, but all white at the bottom is clean which is what indypwr did to his 1st gen.

i always wondered the same thing...i had a 94 gs300 white/gray bottom combo but the gray was very light...the car looks almost all white in some light. But my gf dad had a 97 gs300...same color combo but the gray on his was darker...very noticable difference. So my guess it that maybe the newer models had a little darker combo
