bypass auto retract steering wheel

My 95 GS don't have the button to bypass the auto retract steering wheel. How can I bypass it?

I believe it has to be programmed

Same here, unless you can find the programming procedures, I'm pretty sure you have to go to the dealer. Call them to make sure!
