serpentine belt - how to change?
No laughing here! I traded up from a Ford Explorer to the GS300. I've only had the GS300 for about a week. So I'm all new to this car. I want to change the serpentine belt. I''m asuming there is a tension pully of some sorts? Can someone please give me directions on how to change out the belt?

The best advice I can give you is either buy the shop manuals or at least the CD containing the shop manuals. It's all spelled out very clearly in both, and a picture is worth a thousand words, quite literally.
