Default Front clear lenses

Alright guys, for the new year I wanna start working and making some upgrades on my car. My front headlights look a little foggy and makes the car look older. Does someone sell clear lenses for our cars (including the signal lenses)and how much!?! I know some of you guys have done it yourselves. Is it hard and is it worth it?

Thanks in advance guys!

lexus4jess' lenses look excellent so I'm interested, too...
Over the years I've heard a lot of good things about novus' 3 part plastic polish
http://www.novuspolish.com/ . Lots of my Motorcycle friends swear by this stuff when re-finishing plastic windshields and face shields. I have the step #1 at home and use it on my face shield.

Not affialiated with novus in any way but thought I'd pass this on to ya...

this stuff ain't cheap so look for it at wally world or your local auto part store...

ps I put silverstars in my low-beam and it made a huge difference, although I've seen a few posts here about them lasting about a year or so YMMV....
