Hey guys, just wanted to stop in and introduce myself. I just bought my second Lexus. Used to have a 2000 ES300 platinum edition years ago. I have always owned BMW's and Mercedes and while they are great cars, my 2004 LS430 I just picked up is the most comfortable car I have ever owned. I'm in love with this car! Would love to meet up with some guys in KC sometime if anyone is close.

Well, time to bump an old thread...
I joined a few weeks ago, after getting my first Lexus: a 2016 IS 300. I just stumbled upon this thread. I'm in Raytown. Would be nice to meet up!
BTW, I also am personally trying to put together a compilation of all the best driving roads in the area - not sure if I want to start a new thread for that yet or what.

Agreed. Over on the east side of town, between Raytown and Lee's Summit, I kinda like just cruising up Noland during off-peak hours, but it's nothing too exciting. There's a pretty curvy section of Little Blue Road that goes off Noland (if going north, turn right by Little Blue Baptist Church), but it's less than a mile long IIRC. You can actually have fun on it going the speed limit though. Blue River Road used to be cool, but they closed part of it making it less practical.
Other than that... not much to choose from. Which is why I am thinking of road tripping down to south MO to drive the MO-76. Supposed to be really fun.

That's something I would be in for. Actually switching to stock wheels/tires soon so I can throw it around in corners a bit more. Where does that highway lead? Let me know when you're thinking of doing that

I was thinking something like this: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1A3...54&usp=sharing
Could change things a bit. I think it's nearly 8 hours driving altogether, close to 500 miles. Would be an all-day trip!

Anyone in the KC area, Cars and Coffee has been really picking up this year. Here's a decent blog post I found about last weekend's event. Come through!
