Video_nav Urgent!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Has anyone installed the vlad video-nav in the chicago area? If so would u please tell me where u got it from. I took my car to Pro Sound and they said that it's not working. They didnt even install anything and just said its not working. That doesnt make sense so if someone can help me I'd really appreciate it. Thanx.
