The terms are you have to put $1500 in the checking account and pay two bills, but its $150!

No, I don't think Citibank would, but I think Citibank’s site could be duplicated on an address close to the original and people think they are going to Citibank’s site when really they are being scammed, sure it would not last long but would prob be harder then hell to get your money back if it was...

Could be a scam. You should call Citi Bank's 1800 number to verify that promo code first.
