Excellent information!
I ordered some backup copies for my cars.
I wonder if I could get a VIN for an IS350 and order a manual in advance so I can check out all of the cool features of the car before I buy it? Maybe I can get a VIN on eBay?

thanks for the info, my GS didnt come with a manual, I was about to place a bid for one on ebay. Saved me $20. I registered, and ordered one, but it said that the Owners manual was backordered, but that the Owners manual supplements were Valid to fulfill. Anybody know how long it takes when they are backordered???
Does it come with the leather case and all, I really dont care, it was free, but as cool as it was to get the free manual, it would really be something if it came with the pen and the leather cover. Thanks again

I just placed an order of my 06 GS owner's manual, but the message I got was:
"No fulfillment items selected."
Does anyone know what this message mean? Any thoughts will be appreciated, thanks.

i just got mine like a week ago. very excited to see a large lexus envelope in my mail box. I got both warranty and Owners manual.
Only downside is it is in black and white?? Im not complaining tho, not one bit, this saved me who knows how much, and still contains same information. The covers are still in color tho!!
i cant remember how long ago I ordered mine id like to say it took a good 3 months at least. Mine was on back order as well. I was starting to think I had to go back in and reorder it, sure enough I did get one tho.
it made my day.
