They have the 9700 pro for $255.00 shipped. This is the Sapphire version. Not the lower quality Powercolor or FIC versions. Saphire is the manufacturer for ATI and is considered one of the top ATI boards. Plus all Sapphire Pro's come with the highly desirable 2.8 Samsung memory which FIC and PC do not (Well, it's a gamble). Perfect for overclockling past 400/720.
The lowest on Pricewatch is $271.00 shipped for a lowly Powercolor version.
UPDATE: Their website listed a 9700 PRO for $255.00. It was not and they shipped me a non Pro. They corrected their website 2 days later. So now, I'm stuck with the shipping back to them.

Actually it WAS the PRO version. They screwed up and advertised the PRO version and changed it after I ordered one for my other computer along with others. They said that they sent out a PRO for me due to the mix up. We shall see. But yes, it is a non Pro NOW.

T&S COMPUTER/11CB bad experience
Well I got my video card today and though my order form and invoice both say PRO, it was a non PRO. After speaking to 3 different people, they said that they would return the item without charging me the 20%restock fee. GEE THANKS! However, even though they screwed up, I have to EAT THE SHIPPING back to them!! So, I would steer away from 11cb.com. I'm just going to pick one up from Cicuit City. Hell, it's only the garage computer anyway..
