Of course their not legit haha they expire nov 31st of 2009... Well if anyone checked theres only 30 days in nov this year.
Also I found where these orginated from. When you call pepsi and complain to customer service sometimes if its that big of a deal they will send you one of these coupons

also it has nothing to do with pepsi, coke has the same format for those manufacturer coupons, so do many other companies, they all look the same.
If you want REAL coupons this is how you get em....save or find old bottle/can of your favorite beverage...after it has expired, you call customer service for said company, and compain saying this stuff you bought tasted bad and was expired, they ask you for a series of numbers thats printed on the can/bottle, then they usually send you a voucher for a free 6 pack.

I just got back from Wal-Mart and picked up 2 4-packs. Had no problem, worked flawlessly. Just make sure you go to a cashier thats not a manager or looks like they don't care, that's what I did. However, they tried to scan the coupon but of course it did not work, so they just wrote something down on the bottom of the paper. Other than that, had no problems.
