It doesn't have an extension cord? That sucks. So you have to stick it into your port (prob underneath the steering wheel) and then bend down awkwardly to look at the code

Actually, It doesnt need an extension cord..... you power it on... connect it to the DLC Connector (Data Link Connector) wait for the four beeps.... then it retrieves the codes... then you pull it out and it will display any codes that are present. You can also link your tester to your PC with the USB cable and log on to the CarMD website to view the probable cause, fix, and cost to return your vehicle to health.
