FS: 64GB wifi Apple (retina) iPad 3rd gen, accessories

i have a mint 3rd gen iPad with gorgeous retina display. it has the max 64GB memory, is running iOS7.

kept in the (included) gray apple case (full perfectly fitted cover with rigid edges and smart cover) since day 1.

have several accessories that can be included:
- camera (SD card) adapter
- usb adapter (works with midi and my camera direct, i tried it)
- HDMI adapter
- VGA adapter

(case and accessories worth over $100 alone)
