I'm not sure if anyone in this community are into playing computer games especially Steam, haha, but might as well give it a shot.

I have $250 worth of credit in my Steam Wallet, and I can't transfer it out to my paypal or anything. I just have it in my Steam account.. So in order to get rid of it, I'll gift you the game of your choice at a 10% discount of the original price and you paypal me the money. Win win for everyone!

It's the same as a gift card. As "grey area" as it is, It is still technically against rules.
Where did the credits come from?... Are they reimbursement/promo credits from Steam?
