Just picked up a new desktop computer.. looking for a set of nice, compact computer speakers.. the Bose MusicMonitor speakers look perfect!

Those are good, but I have these and they are waaaaay better. Of course you now have more space taken up by the sub, but its so worth it. Figure $100 or so more.

If you can find these on the cheap, i would do them over the Music Monitors

I'd get a decent DAC before spending that much on a set of active speakers...
