Comes with everything you need; brain, mic, control panel, Honda specific harness. Integrates your bluetooth capable cellphone into the stock stereo, allows for handsfree phone convos while driving (aka lets you legally use your phone will driving here in CA and other states) works great, loved it.
Manual says unit will also allow you to play music from your bluetooth phone and will automatically go to phone mode if a call comes in. I didn't even know it did that lol!

I can't confirm. It came off my Fit and those are the years said to use the same harness.

but this thread seems to suggest that you can get 08+ radio to work with 07 Oddyssey by splicing two harness together (~$15 diy)
