Oil filters is pending.

Some parts will fit more than one car such as brake pad, cabin filters, rotor, air filters and oil filters.

Lexus shares parts, some of them fit IS, GS, SC.

I don't see why not I'm using one from a rav4 or matrix I forget my friend gave it to me , and it looks to be the same for the exception of the lexus logo

The net doesn't have any other parts.

This net come with everything you need.

You just hook it in, pretty straight forward.
(At least on my IS300, it works that way. Nothing is needed.)
