The card originally bought was an 8800GT, back then it included the following:

Driver Disk
User's Manual
S-Video Cable
DVI to VGA/D-sub adapter

The only item I will have is the DVI adapter.

With the RMA, the 9800GT came vanilla boxed with no accessories.
