yes it fits 9006 and 9005. i used it for my daytime lights only. rarely used highbeams. used it in my gs, sold it.

the bases are pretty much the same, just the connecter in a 9005 has a small slit that 9006 doesnt. thats the only difference. piaa made it so it will fit on both. some pictures.
