is it missing anything or is it ready for install ?? does the gauge need an sending unit or anything??

Only thing i believe you'll need is a additional vacuum hose to the boost controller. As far as the gauge goes: I don't think you'll need anything the gauge connects to that white piece where the power harness and boost sensor is connected to.
