I'm on the now network...Sprint.

I just got this phone as a new replacement from Sprint. They did not give me any receipts or anything at all. I just have the new phone and original box the first phone came in. Im willing to provide any info that I can

I wasnt willing to wait the week it was going to take with kids and that being my wife's only phone so I just got her a new EVO.

$125 shipped. No contract required!!!! I have no clue if this can be used on other networks so please double check.

If you look on your online bill it will list the phone with a dollar amount minus the replacement co-pay. That's your receipt.

Bump to the top. This is new never used and no contract required!!!

I also found the protective case that goes on both parts of the phone. Used but it still works. I will add this to the deal for free since I wont need it. Think this was about $30.
