Was planning to use this as a Car PC, but never got to it, so it just sitting there collecting dust.

Comes with everything you need..
AC plug
Cig plug
Remote
Screen stand
Video cables connector + USB + VGA
7" touchscreen

Yes this can be hook up to your laptop, if you have VGA out on the laptop. I was planning to do this as well, but never got to it.
