Naw, especially if you're anything under than 6ft. Most R&R's come at 32-34 inseam and requires hemming for most people.

The ones in the pictures I can't say for sure but definitely look long like 34 inseam and are most likely bootcut.

they should fit. i'm 5'10 150-155lbs and I have a pair of size 30 R&Rs. If it's too long, you could always get them taylored.
