Bose Quietcomfort 2 Acoustic Noise Cancelling

Brand new, never open box.

I know there has to be a music head or traveler out there that can benefit from these. I already have a set and to be honest I love em. Music is crisp and clean. You won't find these cheaper anywhere else.

Bose never really has sales on their products so this is a great deal for anyone looking for a pair.

I never really did get the idea of these. So lets say i was on a plane with these. The world would cancel out and all i could hear was my music?

I just returned from Hawaii (which sucked, humid,hot) and forgot mine. I had to settle for some crappy $20 units I bought. Not even close.
These are not 100% canceling in that it does not prevent EVERY noise from being heard. It does however make life perfectly enjoyable on a plane. Drowns out the annoying hostesses while they go through that %^*( speech, crying babies, talking lonely men,etc.... Yes, it makes that much of a difference and I use them even at home to 'get away' from the world. They offer a great balance and are very comfortable.
In fact I offered to purchase a set from a guy getting the plane in Maui. He smiled and said no way.

These headphones do a great job at canceling noise. When you turn them on, you can tell the difference without anything playing. Once you have music playing you can't hear the a person talking to you even if they are sitting next to you. The sound is amazing on these too.

not 100% noise canceling but wen u turn the music up and stuff it's pretty much canceled.

a lot better than the sharper image ones.
