HKS Speed Limit Defencer Type II BNIB

HKS Speed Limit Defencer Type II
This PROPERLY gets rid of the speed limiter on auto vehicles such as the GS300/400/430 etc.... Unfortunately you can't just slap on a standard SLD (Type 1 is what most people use, also much cheaper than the type 2) on the car or else you risk damaging the transmission as well as living with a car that won't shift correctly. Here is a description directly from HKS:
"The HKS SLD is an electronic device designed to eliminate a vehicle’s factory speed limiter. When competing on the drag strip or a circuit track, the factory speed limiter can hinder a vehicle’s performance. The HKS SLD is available in two versions: Type-1 is generally for vehicles equipped with a manual transmission and Type-2 is generally for vehicles with automatic transmissions."

I had to special order this from RRev motorsports in Oregon and I think I paid around $200 after shipping etc... (I think I even still have the original receipt tucked away)
I never got around to installing it and now I'm going a different route.
Now only $110 Shipped!!!!

This is what you need if you want your swapped GTE car to go over 112mph.

It will work, it comes with an instruction booklet and you just follow the wiring schematic for the appropriate vehicle. Installs at the ecu under the hood, should easily take under an hour.
