1988 Toyota Supra MKIII For Sale (56K NO-NO)
I've finally broken down and decided to sell my 1988 Toyota Supra. I decided to get a bigger vehicle, since the GS + Supra combo just didn't lend itself to family, getting around in snow, and carrying much. Though I can put an amazing DJ rig in the Supra with the back seats folded down.
Normally aspirated V6 3.0L. White exterior w/blue cloth interior (cloth still in great shape, no tears or wear spots anywhere). Purchased new in 1988, one owner - ME! Has been babied. Had been garaged much of the time. All maintenance records available back to 1988. 119K miles (under 7K/year average). MANUAL transmission. TEMS adjustable suspension. 4-wheel disc w/ABS. Paint is in excellent shape for the car's age - with exception of lower pass door panel, which was poorly repainted due to port damage in 1988, but easily fixed. Plenty of life left in the Toyota engine. Everything in the car works. Gets decent gas mileage.
Pop-up Sunroof.
Fold-down rear seats.
OEM spoiler from Turbo model recently added.
New SS Exhaust - HKS Hyper.
New K&N FIPK Intake.
New Dunlop SP Sport 5000 Tires.
New Sylvania Xtravision Hi-perf Halogen Headlamps
New NGK Iridium Sparkplugs
New O2 Sensor
Timing belt recently replaced.
New OEM clutch & resurfaced flywheel.
New hatch struts (not yet installed).
Momo leather shift ****.
Sony CD/Tuner Headunit w/remote & Sony EQ with a/d/s 4-channel amp, separate sub amp, Boston & Focal component speakers, Bazooka dual 8" sub tube.
Original Passport radar detector.
Underhood battery maintainer/charger (plugs into 120V outlet).
Regular 3K oil changes, tune-ups, and maintenance (records available).
Original Toyota shop manuals included.
Sold as-is.

Hi Hameed,
The Supra is not a good car for winter anyway. That's one of the reasons I decided to part with it. Great car for spring summer & fall, but snow & ice make me nervous in that thing. If you put really knobby tires on it maybe....
I'll put up some pics as soon as I can get it cleaned up a bit.

These days winter tires are just amazing marvels of technology.
