I guess what drew me to this car was all the attention it was getting. A lot of people I know praise the car and says it’s a legend in Japan, but what really captivated me is how this car is killing so many exotics. So I started my own research on the car, and the more I learned about it, the more I came to appreciate this vehicle. The way this vehicle is designed is absolutely amazing, but I’ll let you guys be the judge of that. Anyways, I finally decided to shop around for fun. I really wasn’t looking to purchase another vehicle at the time. As I went from dealer to dealer, I learned that they were all charging markup on this vehicle. Since I was not in a rush to purchase a car, I took my time in shopping around and at the same time, I swore I would never pay markup for a vehicle.
I guess you can say it was my lucky day. August 15, 2009, I decided to stop by Cerritos Nissan to check out what they have in stock and the pricing. A 2009 red GT-R was sitting at the front of Cerritos, just the one I was looking for. They initially wanted to charge markup on this vehicle just like all the dealers around the area, luckily they decided to sell the vehicle for a little over invoice. On August 26, 2009 I officially purchased the vehicle from Cerritos Nissan. The beast is pushing on a [DynoMITE] 565awhp 573awtq on 91 pump, 607awhp 623awtq on E85.
