Lexus if Tampa Bay leased me a vehicle with 12% tints, which is illegal for the state of Florida and Georgia. I asked for reimbursement, and they said no problem, but when I submitted the ticket and proof of payment, they refused to pay up. Anyone else having this problem? I think I might lease with another car company next go around - seems kind of shady for them to act like this ... hmmm .. $142 or the loss of a repeat customer ... seems to be a no-brainer??
