I don't know what's up with people on here lately. We need some sort of digital flyer so it will look more official. I don't really have the computer skills. lol. But if we had a flyer I could pass it around all of the facebook pages and get some exposure.

If your bringing food of some sort, please add it to the list as well, so we don't have a repeat of the same thing? Based on this list alone we need bread/buns for the hotdogs? Dont forget I'll be providing beverages and finger foods on Friday night for those that are staying at the hotel. The picnic is open to all who want to come,however to eat you need to contribute? I know I've been MIA for months now but just finished grad school and moving from J-ville to Tampa next weekend so I have a lot going on but I should be able to come back home to Orlando that weekend to join the festivities. I'm sure there will be more members that show up throughout the weekend and I know everyone will be at the meet on Sunday for sure.
