John, You think we could start to get the members to start posting up what there bringing so we can start to fill in what we need and also help the new guys to give them ideas of what to bring.

Firstly I truly appreciate your enthusiasm to promote our meet. Hopefully what I'll say next, doesn't come across as highbrow. I would like to try and keep this event for us. Us being Lexus and Toyota enthusiast. Now don't get me wrong, friends and family of our community are definitely welcome no matter what make and model. Thanks again.

I am finally chiming in so better late than never...... 
As a woman here are a few suggestions to help with the items to bring:
1) Min. 100 pack of forks & Knives and rolls of paper towels
2) Min. 100+ pack of paper plates and rolls of paper towels and roll of Aluminum foil
3) Min. 100 pack of sliced cheese, some tomatoes, lettuce, onions as toppings for all those burgers.
4) Tray of Potato salad
5) Tray of Pasta salad
6) Tray of Macaroni Salad
7) Any other side dish like Baked beans or coleslaw
Keep in mind there are over 100+ people attending so far so please bring appropriate size side dish. When we all bring something it works out great!
On another note: I am planning on do some more kid activities so please feel free to assist in any games or ideas to keep them kids company. IF you have a kick ball, football to toss around, Frisbees, soccer ***** then please bring so we can keep the kids occupied so the adults can have fun too.
