As far as dates go, I'm thinking late May since most colleges end their semesters/exams/etc. in early May, and I have some mods that I want to get out of the way lol. Other than that, I'd be happy to meet some people and check out some rad rides. Here's a fun name I came up with: Cars and Carné

this actually works out. May 25th is the soonest date available.

There are two options for shelter. 1st is a 40-45 people capacity for 110.00 and 2nd is an 80 people capacity for 175.00. I was also looking for pavilions with a sand volleyball court. Hoping for some coupes vs sedan action
