...I'm curious as to price AND performance- however, I think there will never be another motor like the 2jzGTE...especially with technology being what it is now to make performance "safe." But overall, I think it would make a good follow up to a classic.
Only problem I see so far is that it looks better than the LF-A! Even toned down this would make a great-looking car....and worthy of the Supra name. I can see it getting screwed up already though with a hybrid drive and sticker north of 1k.
Hopefully the production model would look closely to the concept model in the final phase.
I agree... If it does it will surely blow the competition out of the water... This looks so amazing looking just like Kate becksonsale in Underworld.. both look aggressive with nice body lines...
I really like this new concept. The idea of the new Supra keeps receiving criticism from people because of the "price point" , and all, but all I'm seeing here is that this "new Supra" would probably be going toe-to-toe with the Nissan GT-R, much like its predecessors, only now, the bar has been raised. For some reason people want it to be in the same price-range as the Scion FR-S. To them, I say, buy an FR-S, or buy the V6 Mustang/Accord you truly desire!
The last Supra's Nissan rival was the 300zx and not the GTR. It would be to Toyota's advantage to price point this car around the Vette. Other than that, I love the car.
