Default Orlando Water Pump / TB change... where?

I've got a 94 SC300 that's leaking water out of the front of the water pump. It drives, but I know it will go bad at some point here. I've done ALL the work on the car myself up to this point, but I live in an APT complex and fear that I'm going to get stuck on the damn Crank Bolt and have a half torn apart car sitting in a complex that doesn't even allow you to work on cars.

So my question is: Does anyone have recommendations on where to get this done? Good work for a good deal?

Ztech in Winter Springs will do the Water Pump and Timing Belt for $776 (including parts). Or I supply the parts and it's $510 labor.

Naturally, the problem is that the car is worth about $1,000 so it's a hard call. That being said, I couldn't get any running car nearly as nice as this SC for $776-$1,000.

Any ideas?
