Whats up guys during the last couple of days driving back from work on the expressway when I get to a stop light for a few minutes I noticed white smoke coming from under the car of my 97 SC300. Nothing from the exhaust but right in the middle. I took a picture of exactly where its coming from so you guys have a better idea of what I'm talking about. I checked my Transmission fluid and it was a little low could it be a transmission leak? The transmission still shifts smooth

If someone knows how or where to get it fixed PM me or shoot me a text (786-400-8698) with what you or the recommended shop might charge as I would like to get it taken care of in a couple of weeks I'm in the miami area but willing to drive to you if need be

Check your transmission pan gasket. Mine had leak and at highway speeds the fluid would get onto the exhaust.

If it leaks oil highway speeds can draw it back to the exhaust as well...

thanks for the replies guys it actually turned out to be the rear output seal that was faulty and leaking part was $14 dollars from Lexus of West Kendall and myself and a friend tackled the project no more leaky tranny fluid covering my catalytic....no more smoke =)
