I have a 10x10 tent that we could use to put up the Clublexus banner and sit in to stay out of the sun. Only issue is I can't fit it in my car.

The tent would be must! Hopefully, we could get a local member to bring one, if they have acess to one! I have about (6) folding chairs that I could bring no problem. Let's consider the parking lot at Colonial Dr.(HWY 50) / Chuluota Rd.(419)-Publix shopping plaza a meet spot for everybody going to this event! The track is about a five minute drive from their? Blue, if thier is anything else we need let me know and we can see if we could round it up before the meet!

Well if anyone fom the south is coming and has trunk room we could meet at my house to put the tent in your car or truck. I know John from down south was able to put it in his trunk before but I'm not sure if he is going. I'll ask him. That I know of we really don't need anything else unless you guys have some ideas for parking or ideas for other things we could use to display our group better to get points for presentation.

I would love to go but don't know about putting my stock ES in with the crew (I need to fix some things first). I have never went to one of these so I am a little skeptical. Admission is at the door correct? About the tent if I go it might fit in the back of my car
