I installed them with the relay - I had problems getting the lights to work using just the OEM harness. My fog lights really stand out as yellowish now compared to the xenon. My fog lights really stand out as yellowish now compared to the xenon. Does anyone know of any super white H3 replacement bulbs that would match well with the xenon low beams? I looked into the Hoen H3 Xenonmatch bulbs, but the reviews on them were not too great.

I've already ordered the PIAA 194 replacement LED bulbs for the running boards.

The rear camera helps her alot for parking, but she said she needs a front camera system so it can assist her with parking.

Is there a way to set the XM radio volume to match the others (AM, FM)?

Also, I've no idea which XM set-up I have. It comes up on the navigation screen and appears perfectly integrated (except for the sound level). Is there any way to find the XM id and what XM receiver I have without tearing the dashboard apart?

Sweet! Reading the manual, there appears to be an extra harness you need for trailer towing. It appears said harness plugs in under the dashboard only when you're towing? :uh:

Who's towed a trailer or boat with the GX and was an extra harness needed? Do you leave it plugged in always or just when towing?

Replaced them all with Mobile 1 75w90 synthetic gear oil. I don't plan to change again until about 100K miles. I wanted to express my disappointment with my 2004 GX470. Now, I realize I bought it as a used vehicle, but it was a true one-owner with extensive maintenance records verified by CARFAX. And, it was never involved in a accident. The vehicle lived with the original... This was 10 days ago. I wanted to express my disappointment with my 2004 GX470. Now, I realize I bought it as a used vehicle, but it was a true one-owner with extensive maintenance records verified by CARFAX. And, it was never involved in a accident.

The vehicle lived with the original owner in Miami until I purchased it in April of this year when it moved here to Nashville, TN.

The source of my complaints to Lexus were as follows;

1) The common issue of corrosion on the wheels. (I did a thorough inspection underneath the vehicle before purchase and although this vehicle was owned in Miami nothing underneath indicated that it was driven into the ocean, on the beach, or otherwise into water-filled areas. There were no corresponding areas of corrosion to be seen.) I solved this by stripping them down and painting them myself after realizing, due to this forum, that the dealers / Lexus corporate doesn't accept this as a actual defect.

2) The also common issue of the "clunk" as it pertains to the rear drivetrain. I have spent a few hours underneath the vehicle changing front diff/xfer casea/rear diff fluids and also greasing the driveshaft fittings. This did not solve the problem.

3) The also common problem of cracks appearing along the dashboard. This, I indicated as my least favorite defect as I fixed the wheels and can eventually change the driveshaft if needed, but the in-depth nature of dashboard repair prevents me from tackling this job. Plus, face it, it just makes the vehicle look like ****!

Anyway, I'll let you know what the response is. I indicated to them that this is my first Lexus, that my wife and I are young and on a upward income curve and that their response would determine how high Lexus is on my list of future purchases either new or used. (I'm sure they aren't too concerned about losing a used vehicle owner that does most of his own maintenance though I will use the dealer to change the supposed lifelong WS tranny fluid and the timing belt).

I find this rather peculiar esp considering the RX and ES (clearly lower price ranges) have 6-8 way power seats for the passenger.
