Check Engine light onn and Trac Control off
After cleaning my engine bay and cleaning my air filter and replacing my cabin air filter, I decided to turn on the car to see if there was a difference when replacing the cabin filter. My dumb self, forgot to clip on the electrical wire thats on top of the air filter box. I clipped it back onn and the lights are still onn. went to work and came back fine. disconnected the battery over night. Any thoughs?

You should be fine.
The way that Toyota/Lexus sets up their trouble code warning lights is that, when there is an issue, not only does the check engine light come on, but the traction control and skid control systems are disabled, and their warning lights come on, too.
Once those lights come on, unless/until the codes are cleared, the warning lights will stay on for a period of time until the vehicle's computer goes through its next cycle of trouble checks, and that might not be for a few hundred miles, but disconnecting the battery should also have cleared the codes.
My preference to clear the codes would have been to use a code scanner, Toyota TechStream, or the Carista smart phone app. That would have allowed you to, first, get the actual codes that triggered the check engine light to go on, and it would have prevented you from having to re-set some of your vehicle's settings that would likely be lost with a battery disconnect. As it is, though, with disconnecting the battery for some time, that should have cleared the codes, too. With some vehicles, getting things like your power windows or power sunroof to work properly after a battery disconnect might require some special sequence of steps, but, if you encounter those problems, someone on the forums should be able to help you figure out how to solve them.
