Default Cracks found on my leather seats - 2013 ES300H

I recently found some cracks on my driver's side leather seat. The ES300H was delivered in Feb 2013 and now it has about 26000 miles.
Has anyone else experienced or seen cracks in their seats? Mine is ventilated seat.
Kinda disappointed in Lexus quality...

I will take it to my nearest Lexus dealer. I will keep you posted.

I also own a 2013 ES 300h with leather and ventilated seats. I have 17,000 miles on the car and the only difference is my seats are black. There are no cracks and very few stress marks on the seats. Just a slight indentation where i sit.

If the leather on the seats starts to crack it would be due to a lack of moisture in the leather most likely. Do you leave the car out in the sun frequently ?

5 days a week, baked in the SoCal sun. My work does not offer covered parking.
For a premium brand like Lexus, I just think it should last longer than the warranty period and maybe some years down the road.

Sorry about your seats. It will be interesting to see what Lexus says when you tell them you bake it in the socal sun 5 days a week. Leather is like skin, it requires some kind of protection or routine care if you're going to park it in those extremes. If they do repair it for you you're going to need to consider some routine leather care.

A similar wear-related cracking occurred on one of my Infiniti G's, and the dealer replaced the leather upholstery over the seat.

I do not recommend telling Lexus that.

Do you clean and condition the leather regularly?

I'm sure Lexus will replace the leather cover on the seat for you.

The seats are coated, they don't actually need to be conditioned. That should not have happened, whether it sits out in the sun or not.

Thank you for all the replies and suggestions.
I got a call today that Lexus will fix it, free of charge.
Hope the new replacement will last past the end of the factor warranty....

Yes Lexus replaced it under warranty. Right now it is holding up well. I did let the service adviser know that if any upholstery go crack in its 4th and 5th year right after the warranty expires, I will be very pissed and Lexus upholstery just does not stand the test of time.
Anyway I do oil the seats after each car wash, just make it last.

When you say "oil the seats" what sort of product are you using.

Conditioning the seats after every carwash is overkill and might accelerate wear.

Nothing fancy! Just a leather conditioner off shelf at Auto Zone.
I figure it is better than have nothing on the upholstery.

I use Lexol leather cleaner and conditioner every other month...honestly I can't really tell if it does anything, but it smells good (makes the car smell like leather for about a week). Other than that I just leave the seats alone...figure they're going to wear out like all leather seats eventually do (then again my seats are almost ten years old). And they're in pretty good condition, although the driver's seat has its fair share of wrinkles, but no cracks.
