XM Radio Always Starts up on Chan 001
Hi All,
My 2015 ES XM Radio always starts up on the "001" preview channel when I start the car up even after having shut it down on one of my pre-sets like "007". I called Sirrus and was put on hold for tech support for over 30 minutes and finally hung up. Prior to this I did buy a six month subscription so it should not be any "preview" needed and the system was "re-booted" by Sirrus but that did nothing. They said go to the dealer......................... Any help please.

Yes, go to the dealer. Have you tried another source, like FM, to see if that defaults, too?
