Default Weathertech for ES300h

I was somewhat ambivalent ordering WeatherTech floor liners for my ES300h, but was not too pleased with other options and the reviews on Amazon were not too good. I was driving around for a month with Lowes garden paper leaf bags on the floors because I did not want to track dirt into the car. My wife kept teasing me about this so I finally sprung for the WeatherTech - using her credit card points
They turned out to be much better than I expected. In fact they look so good, I don't want to put my dirty shoes on them! So I have temporarily put the Lexus mats on the WeatherTechs.
I am attaching some pictures.

How is the fit with your Lexus mats on top of the Weather Tech's? Remember the infamous Toyota/Lexus unintended acceleration recalls, lawsuits etc. A couple of incidences may have been caused by floor mats placed on top of each other. I wouldn't worry about the WT's getting dirty, they clean up nice and easy.

Actually the Lexus mats fit really nicely on top of the WeatherTechs and they look good. I can hose off the Lexus mats (like I did this weekend) when I wash the car and let them dry near a heating duct inside the house overnight. Thank you for reminding me about the un intended acceleration. One can never be too careful. I will plan to remove the mat from the drivers side at least, just to be safe.
