Default Cleaner / conditioner for the interior

All my previous cars were old pieces off junks so Armorall was always a step up in cleaning the interior. This es is only a couple of weeks old and I can see dust and dirt on the interior surfaces. What do you folks use as cleaners? What about the top surface of the dash? I plan to use leather cleaner/conditioner for the seat?
Thanks

A damp, lint free cloth is all that is needed for the dash and most of the interior for that matter. I hate a shiny interior that looks like it's been rubbed down in butter. There is a huge detailing forum here https://www.clublexus.com/forums/aut...detailing-122/ on the site where you will get ALL kinds of recommendations. I do use Invisible Glass for all the windows and bright work.

Atoyota nailed it with the dash. Plain water and a lint free cloth does the trick. For scuffs on the threshold and dye transfer on the seats, another member here suggested Ultima Interior Shampoo. It has removed everything including blue jeans dye transfer onto Parchment seats. Woks like magic and is safe.
