Dealership checked everything and said everything was good, no wind noise...... he did say that there was heavy traffic and all he heard were cars.

I was amazed that the front windows were double pane, I know some high end cars have them and never expected they would be on my ES. It was a pleasant surprise. I do not recall ever seeing it stated on any ES literature, just another UL bonus. :-)

My ES has the Luxury package, and it has the double-paned glass.
I was under the impression, perhaps incorrectly, that all ES vehicles had the double-paned glass, and I vaguely remember reading something touting the double-paned glass as a feature that separated the ES from the Avalon and other Toyota-branded vehicles with regard to minimizing noise.

I would it be surprised- j tried the regular Ed 350 and thought it was nice and very quiet on the inside roads- but as soon as I got on 287 highway- it was not so quiet. That was in the summer. Recently I test drove one with UL package and it was louder than the original one. I Remember reading somewhere it was because of the tires, but it was loud enough that made me hold off on the purchase for the time being.

I figured it out!!! So after taping off every inch of my driver side it appears the chrome trim had a gap which allowed air to make noise over 50mph.
I won't leave the tape I think clear caulk will work for this.

Crazy how something like that can cause so much noise. Mine also has that little gap, I wonder if that's normal. Hope this also gets rid of the noise I am having, good find.

I have a '13 ES350, and my gap on that trim is almost NON-existant! Actually, around the entire vehicle, that trim is SO tightly pressed together that it looks more like a line, as opposed to a gap.
I have no issues with wind noise at any speed, and no whistling of any kind (as a couple others have mentioned).
I do have the double-paned windows too.....I thought all ES grades had this -- at least on the 2013 MY. And it is only on the front windows.
Hopefully this resolves your issue once and for all!

I've attached a picture. The quality isn't very good as the picture was taken in a dark garage, but, if you look at the edge of the glass, you can see what appears to be 3 layers. Two of the layers would be the two panes of glass, and the one in the middle would be an air lock spacer between the two panes of glass. It is easiest to see of you look at the edge of the glass near the seat back.
