You might get better luck in the IS forum as you will find more people familiar with options on that model. With the ES, one of the bullets on the Navigation Package states "Enform" so I believe any car with the Nav package can enable the option. Look at your window sticker and see if it is listed under the Nav options.

All 2010 to present Lexi can subscribe to and have Safety Connect ($140/yr).
This will find the car if stolen, find you if wrecked and has the 3/4 watt phone rather than
your 1/3 watt cell phone. Press the SOS button twice and chat w/ an operator to enroll.
If your 2015 IS has Navigation then you can additionally subscribe to Lexus
Enform Remote ($80 + the $140 = $220/yr) and have Starter/Monitor/Locator etc.
Download the Lexus Enform Remote App and hit Demo to see in virtual action.
