I've had this b-pillar rattle ever since I was driving the car off the lot. Dealers could not duplicate the problem and said nothing was wrong. I've tried couple of suggestions on the forum including grab handle and lubing the weather stripping rubber, but none of them proved to fix the root cause of the problem. As the weather got colder, the rattle became more and more apparent. This rattle is especially annoying because its literally right next to driver's ear. The fix takes less than 5 minutes and is completely non-destructible and reversible.





Pull off the rubber corner





Its black but there is a plastic clip holding rubber stripping together attached to the metal frame of the door





This plastic clip gets loose and vibrate against the metal frame of the door over bumps





All you have to do is secure the plastic clip. I used leftover weather stripping foam I had in my house. I suggest using weather resistant materials. After you put the clip back on, give it a little tap here and there, make sure it doesn't make vibrating sound. I did this to all 4 corners of the door as precaution.

Now, reading around the forum suggest there could be a multiple sources of rattle around b-pillar area. This fix worked for me and my car is rattle free for now since past week. Please share if whether or not this worked.
