I haven't seen anything like that on my black interior. Can you upload a pic?

I tried wiping it down with water and interior cleaners. They go away when moist and comes back when dried...

Yep! that's what it is. I can generally get them off mine with just a damp microfiber towel. So far I have not needed to use any cleaner.

I have the parchment interior and it doesn't show the spots. But, boy do I have a lot of dust.

Some of those do look like finger prints/ finger smudges, but any of the cleaners you've already tried should have removed simple fingerprints and smudges. I have the black analine interior and even after a year, I don't have any of those kinds of colorations or markings. Is it possible you have household or automotive chemicals or fertilizers on your hands when opening the door or adjusting the seat? Those almost look like some kind of bleaching or fading (from the pictures on my monitor anyway).
