Default fair purchase price needed for 2013 ES 350 $14,000 CPO

I'm waiting to hear back from my Lexus sales rep on a 2013 ES350, with14K. Its June and sales appear to be slow and it also seems like dealers may have problems moving their inventory right now. what price in your opinion is fair considering it will soon be the end of the 2nd quarter and sales people are trying to make their numbers? Is waiting till June 30th necessary to get my best price? My max budget is $40,000 out the door, what do you think? If not, what other late model low mileage mid size luxury sedans with comparable trim to you recommend? The IS350 is too small for me.

it's probably possible if you're looking for an ES350. Probably not possible for a GS350, at least not for one with around 14,000 miles.
