This seems to be a global site for Toyota and Lexus.
I then selected Oceania for the region, then Guam, and, then Lexus.
That took me to a page that said, "our website has changed" with a link to the new website, which is here.

It's weird that I can find my dealer on the Toyota Global website, but not on the Lexus Global website. Nonetheless, since the dealer is recognized in the Toyota Global, this makes the dealer an "authorized" Lexus dealer, no? If so, then this further confirms my assertion that the customer rep I spoke with was high on something.

Thanks for the links.

If you look, again, at the first link I included in my previous post, while it says "Toyota" in the upper left hand corner, it says "Lexus Global Website" at the bottom of the page. If, on that page, I select North America as my region, it takes me right to the US Lexus website. So, I think that this is the Lexus (and Toyota) global website.

I didn't realize that it was a link. It is interesting (and confusing), though, that, from the Toyota global site, you can find your way to an (alleged) Lexus dealer in Guam. I have no idea what all that means.

Yes, warranty work is honored.
From the photo I just took earlier today, you can see that Lexus is pretty much all over Guam. On this stop light alone, there are at least five Lexus vehicles: 2 RXs & 1 LS in front of me, 1 ES (me) and 1 CT on my right (not in pic).

Also, at the 5k service, they were supposed to offer to set your Lexus Personalized Settings for free. If they didn't, or if you want to change them later, I'd like to offer Carista, an Android app that allows you to change them by yourself.

Ok, just an update. The dealership budged and will give me the 10K service for free.
Just learned that the dealership has a new Sales Manager. It seems weird because first, my Sales Associate resigned, so I had to deal with the Sales Manager. Then, I learned that the Sales Manager just recently retired, so I am now dealing with a new Manager. This new manager, like the one previous to him, is very courteous and helpful. I received a response within 15 minutes of my email and was told he would take care of everything. I hope he doesn't leave the company soon.
